Turner Classic Movies has some interesting spooky movie fare today. Coming up later is The World, the Flesh and the Devil (1959), which boasts the following fantastic synopsis:
A man, a woman and a bigot roam the city of New York, deserted after a nuclear war.
Isn’t that great? As though bigotry/being a bigot makes you into an entirely separate species. Or perhaps, a separate sex? THAT would be an interesting take. Don’t be a bigot, it messes with your hormones!
Anyhoo, starring Harry Belafonte.
